Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
- Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 for orders under $75 within the United States.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days depending on your location.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard residential addresses.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@furdew.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
